What is the difference between construction profiles and custom profiles?
Construction profiles are standardised cross-sections with a groove system (NNK® ISP/BSP) – immediately available from stock, proven in mechanical engineering. Custom profiles are individual cross-sections made to customer drawings, manufactured in mejo's own die workshop. Samples in 2–4 weeks, series 3–4 weeks after sample release.
Wann lohnt sich ein Zeichnungsprofil?
Wenn kein Standardprofil die Anforderungen erfüllt: z. B. bei spezifischen Steifigkeits-/Gewichtsverhältnissen, integrierten Kanälen, Dichtungslippen oder Montagehilfen. Wirtschaftlich ab ca. 500 kg Serienmenge. Oft amortisiert sich das Werkzeug bereits im ersten Serienauftrag durch Wegfall von Processingsschritten.
Was sind Strut Profiles?
Strut profiles are diagonally deployed bracing elements that significantly improve the torsional and bending stiffness of frame constructions. Typically 45° diagonals. The stiffness of a frame construction can be increased by a factor of 3–10 through bracing.
Was ist ein Profile System?
A profile system is a co-ordinated kit of profiles, connectors, accessories and assembly technology. The NNK® system comprises over 360 geometries plus matching accessories – without system dependency. Existing accessories from item® or Bosch Rexroth® can continue to be used.
Which profile type is best suited for which application?
Frames and enclosures: NNK® ISP/BSP construction profiles. Façades and cladding: NNF® composite panel profiles. Photovoltaics: NNS® mounting rails. Series components with special functions: custom profiles. Load-bearing structures outdoors: high-strength profiles EN AW-6082 T6.
