What does mejo Metall Josten manufacture?
mejo ist unabhängiger Manufacturer von Aluminiumprofilen mit Sitz in Düsseldorf (Bublitzer Straße 23, D–40599). Das Sortiment umfasst NNK® Mechanical Engineeringprofile, NNS® Solar-Montageschienen, NNF® Verbundplattenprofile, Custom Profiles nach Kundenzeichnung sowie Composite materials (ALUCORE®, CORAPAN® u.a.) – hergestellt seit 1932 auf über 30 eigenen Strangpressen.
What is the difference between NNK® and item® or Bosch Rexroth®?
NNK® (No Name Konstruktion®) ist geometrisch und technisch 100 % kompatibel zu item® (ISP-Profile) und Bosch Rexroth® (BSP-Profile) – vorhandenes Zubehör passt direkt. Da mejo direkt ab Presswerk liefert, ohne Systemaufschlag, ist NNK® in der Regel bis zu 30 % günstiger. Es besteht keinerlei Systemzwang.
How quickly does mejo deliver aluminium profiles?
Lagerprofile (NNK® ISP/BSP, ca. 3.000 t Bestand in Viersen) werden kurzfristig zugeschnitten und versandt. Custom Profiles: Muster in 2–4 Wochen nach Freigabe, Serienfertigung 3–4 Wochen nach Musterfreigabe.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Für Lagerprofile gibt es keine Mindestmenge – Bestellungen ab Einzelstück sind möglich. Für Custom Profiles liegt die wirtschaftliche Mindestmenge typisch bei ca. 500 kg pro Pressung.
Does mejo also deliver to Austria and the Netherlands?
Ja. mejo ist mit eigenen Niederlassungen in Wien (mejo Aluminium GmbH, Ausstellungsstraße 50/C, AT–1020, +43 1 2264421–10) und Bergeijk/NL (mejo Aluminium B.V., Ravenseind 13, NL–5571 SE, +31 497 2258–00) vertreten.

Ja. mejo ist nach DIN EN ISO 9001 zertifiziert. Alle Profile sind REACH- und RoHS-konform. Materialzeugnisse nach DIN EN 10204 sowie CBAM-Nachweise sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.
