Welche Legierung für Fahrzeugaufbauten?
EN AW-6082 T6 (ca. 260–280 MPa) ist Standard für tragende Rahmen und Längsträger. EN AW-6060 T66 für Verkleidungsprofile und Innenausbau. Für ultraleichte Spezialanwendungen: EN AW-7075 auf Anfrage (höhere Kosten, eingeschränkte Schweißbarkeit).
Kann mejo Profile für Sattelauflieger liefern?
Yes. Custom profiles for cross members, longitudinal members, floor profiles and side wall frames – to customer drawing (DXF/STEP). Samples 2–4 weeks, series 3–4 weeks after sample release.
Are aluminium profiles approved for commercial vehicles?
Yes. Aluminium is established in the vehicle industry. Material certificates (DIN EN 10204), alloy certificates and REACH declarations of conformity supplied by mejo on request.
